Jerk Chicken
Baked chicken with a mild kick! This customer favorite is marinated in a spicy blend of peppers and spices, then delicately baked to a tender precision. Please indicate spice (kick) level when ordering.
Manjé Pasta w/Chicken
Baked chicken, penne noodles, tossed with sautéed green, red, orange and yellow peppers, in a mild creamy cheese sauce.
Manjé Smash Burger
Our Caribbean-seasoned angus beef patty is served on toasted potato buns, with crisp lettuce and juicy tomato
Red Snapper
Red snapper filet, seasoned with handcrafted spices and tossed in a decadent sauce of fresh squeezed lemon, and scotch bonnet peppers.
Spring Mix Salad
A fresh blend of lettuce, greens, mixed with grape tomatoes, red onion and served with your choice of dressing (Italian or French).

Fresh plantain slices, fried to a crispy delight

Tenderized in our signature in-house marinade. Can be ordered stewed or fried.
