We love both our Caribbean culture and the West Chester, PA community in which we live. While Chester County is rich with cultural diversity, healthy Caribbean cuisine is underrepresented. Drawing from our family's rich history deeply rooted in Caribbean culinary traditions, we take pride in preserving and sharing these cultural dishes.

January 2023 was the date we opened Manjé as the bridge for us to share our culture through a flavorful culinary experience. It’s truly a pleasure to share our cuisine with our friends and neighbors in West Chester!
